Jessie Crain's niece - Sharon - wants to flee the Nevada ranch to live in the city. To pay for this move, Jessie decides to sell her the wood on 200 hectares of her land. For that, she hires the tough Kelly Hansen, who has to do this job. He soon falls in love with Sharon. However, one of the lumberjacks also has a crush on her, and this rival turns out to hate Kelly.
