Ride a Wild Pony plot
He works on his father's farm and prefers not to go to school. When his excuse is that he has no transport, a wealthy landlord gives him the opportunity to buy a wild pony for the boy. They tame the pony, but it is just as rambunctious as the boy. The landlord's daughter also loves horses, but she is in a wheelchair and cannot drive herself.
