Lorna Doone plot
John Ridd is a farmer who accidentally meets Lorna Doone, or "princess" of the powerful Doone gang. The two quickly clicked. In a series of secret encounters that follow, John and Lorna fall in love, while at the same time John helps his neighbors in an attempt to rid their valley of the cruelly marauding Doones. The gang is led by the evil Carver Doone, who is determined to keep Lorna to herself. If he can't have her, he'll make sure no one can.
