There was a lot of buzz for this movie but... exhausting and boring sequence of pointless and meaningless storylines about a pile of sand that can save the cosmos. Every time it seemed to get a bit exciting, it came crashing down again and the slow parts came by again... Couldn't keep up with the film for more than 30 minutes. The film was impenetrable to me and very unclear. However, the maker Villeneuve has never captivated me, Blade Runner 2049 has not managed to hold my attention either. The film Arrival, on the other hand, was all the better to follow. Missed opportunity to make this film succeed in the remake. Don't you feel that the film has done so well in the cinema?

Frankly, I don't understand the high rating at all. The plot is very weak, a childish story. Bland fighting and war, A few people just conversing, soldiers who are 100% slavish, old-fashioned standards, very simplistic, and that in the year 10 thousand and then some... Just some monstrous spaceships that seem to have no gravity. sahara sand with so-called specie.... 
Little to unrealistic SF world. Not recommended
