"Be a warrior"
When scientist Alex Murry suddenly disappears, his daughter Meg embarks on a grand adventure with brother Charles Wallace and her friend Calvin O'Keefe. Alex was working on a special project for the government, the tesseract, which makes use of the fifth dimension. A tesseract is a 4-dimensional object, a hypercube. Meg and her companions use the tesseract to travel across colorful planets in search of her father.

It's been a long time since I've had to give the lowest possible score. Story sucks. The acting of the ants in Ant-Man is better than the acting of just about this entire cast. I certainly don't understand what Chris Pine is doing in this movie. Maybe he lost a bet? But probably to be able to bathe in the money of disappointed viewers. Everything, absolutely everything, comes across as forced as Trump trying to smile sincerely. They mainly try to persuade you through the overload of CGI. Everything is CGI. Even had to take the 200 kilograms off Oprah to get them on screen. Marked part as spoiler because some might find it too crude. But I'm pretty proud of this joke. So Moviemeter, please give me this joke! Because I was not granted much viewing pleasure with this film. Peace out.

Oh, what a miss this is. You can't catch Disney with many flops, but this is definitely one. After an acceptable start and a concept with some potential, the film quickly goes wrong, from the moment a goofy dressed Reese Witherspoon arrives. After that it gets much worse, with a flying head of lettuce as the special effects low point. But Oprah Winfrey as a special effect also misses the mark completely, in outfits that you have to see to believe. But then you would have to watch the movie, something I can't recommend. So avoid.
