Xin Shang Hai Tan plot
Shanghai, the 1930s. The city is overrun by a wave of crime and violence. In this sweltering climate, Hui arrives in the port city, where he soon befriends Ting. Ting is a petty thief who never rose to become a full member of the Triad. But together, Hui and Ting manage to build a crime empire in no time, brutally eliminating competitors. The two friends are destined to form the mightiest Triad in Shanghai, but when the daughter of a legendary underworld figure appears on the scene, it's the beginning of the end...
