The Mystery Squadron plot

The Mystery Squadron, a group of bandits with airplanes, attacks the construction of a large dam. Their leader, known as "The Black Ace", hides his face behind a mask. Site manager Hank Davis calls on his two friends, Fred Cromwell and Bill Cook, who are stunt flyers, to put an end to the attacks.
