Partners in Crime plot
A large city is overrun with crime as two gangs fight for their territory after one gang invades the other's territory. Mike Doolan, an amateur private investigator, and "Scoop" McGee, a wisecracking reporter at the newspaper, set out to restore order. However, the situation is complicated because one of the gang leaders is a doppelgänger of McGee.
