Cops Toshi (Nakamura) is of American-Japanese descent. He's good at martial arts, but still a rookie. His bosses are after a gang that smuggles weapons, but the case is not going smoothly. It is decided that Toshi infiltrates a street gang to get to the men behind the scenes.
