Difficult to say anything about it. There doesn't seem to be any plot build-up. Steven Seagal is a brilliant detective who busts random people for crimes they've committed too. If he can't figure it out, he studies coloring books in the library. Let's just say that Kill Switch is mainly a somewhat bizarre film. What is also strange is the camera work. Or rather the editing. I don't understand the tendency to repeat certain action moments in a pretty ridiculous way. An example. Why does that guy have to literally fly out the window 11 times in the beginning? That one-liner behind it was cool. I think I dropped something. Certain cars also manage to re-explode multiple times, and some folks have teeth growing back right away. The action is hard, but pretty shitty shot. Still, I wasn't really bored with it. Nothing startling and of course Seagal's older work is better. Nice to have seen.

Lord have mercy.

The script rattles, the actors don't seem to feel like it, there's no chemistry between the actors and nobody can handle a gun. The film starts with a flashback, which comes up a few more times later, but adds nothing to the story.

The low point is the editing: I wonder who thought it was a good idea to show 10 times how someone falls from a window. The action scenes are also very poorly rendered, almost everything is shown in close-ups.

Bad, if you want to see a Steven Seagal movie you better choose Hard to Kill.

Recorded from TV. Worst Seagal movie I've ever seen. I endorse all the criticisms described here.

I don't have to expect a strong story from a Seagal film, but I can't even call this a weak story. Illogical and devoid of any credibility. I can't rhyme the final scene either. He suddenly has a wife and children!? I only have one piece of advice: don't go and look, it's a waste of your time.
