"Only the strong survives."
Kang Chul Joong is tired of his job as a police officer. It's too dangerous and besides, he earns very little. He decides to resign, until his old boss calls him for a final examination. A high school student who murdered a local businessman is found dead in his school. While investigating, Detective Kang discovers that Lee Won Sool, the president of Geo Seong Enterprises, is secretly training high school students to become dangerous mobsters. As Kang digs further, Won Sool devises a plan to bring Kang and the case to a halt.
