Lod is a poor place a few kilometers east of Tel Aviv where Arabs and Jews live together. Kareem, a young Palestinian musician, spends his time aimlessly doing some casual office jobs and hanging out with his drug-dealing friends. When his father dies in a car accident and his mother ends up in a wheelchair, Kareem takes refuge in hip-hop.
