Jump Out Boys plot
After Hurricane Katrina, New Orleans is engulfed by extreme violence. Cruel Mexican drug lord Santiago Rodriguez escapes from prison with the help of his uncle, the head of the Catalina Cartel. But that will cost him 15 million, which is the money his former girlfriend Maria hid after he was arrested by the reckless police officer Travis Roundtree.
