Through a prearranged marriage, Wu (Jimmy Wang Yu) enters the family home of Lianzhu (Chin Ping), his bride-to-be. Complications arise when they are repeatedly attacked by members of the well-known Red Lotus Sect. Wu discovers that his new family are ruthless bandits. He must fight to get out of their control, only to face the Red Lotus Sect against him.
