Du Bei Dao plot
When a gang attacks the Chi school of the Golden Sword Kung Fu, a student sacrifices himself in the fight to protect the school and its teacher. His last wish, that his son Fang (Wang Yu) be accepted at this school, is granted by the teacher. Growing up at the school, Fang remains an outsider and becomes the target of the other students who try to bully him away. Trying to avoid the confrontation, his arm is cut off from a fellow student by an impulsive action. While Fang stumbles away in the icy cold, a search is launched by the school a short time later. While following the trail of blood, it ends up in an icy river and they think Fang has died. Meanwhile, the gang has not forgotten about the school and they are out for revenge.
