"99 years of British rule is coming to an end... Hong Kong will never be the same."

On 1 July 1997 at 1 am British rule of Hong Kong comes to an end and the area is handed over to the People's Republic of China. Reg Cameron, a Secret Service hit man, is given the difficult task of eliminating a high-ranking Chinese General before the transfer of power. When the assignment is completed, Reg comes to the horrifying discovery that he has been betrayed by his patrons.
