Spectacular war film.

Gruesome battle scenes are by far the worst element of the film. In addition, the classic: American heroism and its glorification and conflicts among the men swept away by the unconditional brotherhood in battle.

Fury is a decent war movie. The setting is realistic, slightly overdone with tomahawk hairstyles and final scene. The fights are realistic although Tigers were mainly taken out with bazookas (From behind under turret). They weren't that much slower than the Shermans. Pitt is quite flat in his role but that makes the context more interesting. And finally a real Tiger 1. Supplemented with atmospheric German landscapes makes the film reverberate for a while. Not on the same level as SPR but a good 2nd.

Fury is a raw war film in which the horrors of WWII are exposed. The mutual tension between the testosterone bombs, led by the seasoned tank sergeant 'Wardaddy', can be cut at times. The hard-hitting battle scenes are certainly worth watching for the action ethicists among us, but unfortunately derails at the end. An overdose of Hollywood does give a somewhat bitter aftertaste to an otherwise fine war film.
