Johnny returns to New York to take on a crazed gang leader named X. The gang has decided to take the crimes a little bigger: they steal heavy weapons, rob a money truck, shoot down a police helicopter and use the money taken for the drug trade. The Exterminator declares war and a fierce battle erupts.

Instead we get Ginty, a kind of obscure Norris. He and his flamethrower run rampant in this rare Cannon flick.
Although the film is anything but good, it is entertaining. This is related to the wrong tunes, electric boogie and other atmospheric images. The dummies are also funny. Especially the one at the end of Van Peebles.
Note Turturro, he is Boy #1 according to the title role. Spotted now: in the first scene of Peebles' clubhouse. The boy with the headband in front of the TV wall (he speaks first).

"Piece of crap from the 80's" is certainly what you could call it. Never liked this. This is the worst thing about Cannon as far as I'm concerned. Terrible role also from Mario van Peebles. Maybe for the real hardcore pulp fans in general. 0.5.
