Excessive Force plot
"You have the right to remain silent... permanently."
A group of Chicago cops are involved in a robbery that leaves 3 million. The local mafia intervenes, resulting in a bloodbath. The police chief indicates that he will be corrupt if such chaos should come again. But when a cop is unable to cover up dirty business, he and his girlfriend are hunted by corrupt men.
