Female undercover cops Donna Hamilton (Dona Speir) and Nicole Justin (Roberta Vasquez) are briefly captured in Hawaii by criminal leader "Kane" (Pat Morita). Kane lets them know that he will unleash his henchmen on them, because they have been bothering him and his organization for a long time. While Kane enjoys Shiatsu massages from his assistant Silk (Carolyn Liu) and keeps track of things via computer, Donna and Nicole must fight for their lives.
