No more issues of conscience and drama like in the first movie. Deat Wish II is definitely a violent and wrong exploitation with zero point zero sentiment. Kersey's poor traumatized daughter is raped and killed and the maid's rape scene was pretty brutal too. Then Kersey scours the city, thirsting for blood and revenge.
Funny roll for Fishburne. It's not a good movie in the sense that it's not believable for a minute and Bronson is lounging around emotionlessly, but I thought it was amusing.

Nice film in which a man single-handedly goes after the perpetrators of his murdered daughter and housekeeper. This fairly late sequel is largely a repetition of moves. New York has been exchanged for Los Angeles and crime/violence within society is less discussed. Entertaining enough for 3.0 stars.
