Coplan Ouvre le Feu à Mexico plot

The police discover a mysterious microfilm hidden in the shoe heel of a murdered young woman. He displays masterpieces stolen by the Nazis and reveals that a small group of the extreme right in Mexico want to sell them to finance their plans. Their ultimate goal is to kidnap the President of the United States and replace him with a doppelganger.
