Detective Ma Seok-do [Don Lee] travels to the Philippines to take down the gang responsible for the death of Choi [Kim Mu-yeol], the son of a restaurant owner friend [Choi Hee-seo]. Because this criminal gang mainly operates online, Mae Seok-do must team up with Han Ji-su [Lee Joo-bin], an expert in Cybercrime, and Gang Nam-Su [Lee Dong-hwi], who specializes in digital forensics. Kim Mu-yeol is a formidable opponent and the action scenes are as usual. Seok-do's poor knowledge of and frustration with technology and cybercrime gives this fourth film in the franchise an extra dimension, making it a nice and smooth mix of action and humor.
