"THE ROCK...for killers too tough for steel walls to cage!"
Blackmailer Gat Brady is arrested for tax evasion before he leaves on vacation with his daughter Ann. Knowing how important the trip is to her, Brady orders Ann's nanny, Flo Allen, to take her anyway. When Brady arrives at the prison, he soon receives word that Red Carroll, an old rival, has kidnapped Ann. However, Red is caught and sentenced to the same prison as Gat, and their mutual distaste lands them both in trouble.
