Quinn wakes up in a fountain in a park in Ho Chi Minh City. He has no idea who he is and he doesn't know how he got there. As Quinn walks the streets of the large Vietnamese city, he tries to link memories from his past. Meanwhile, he is being chased by mysterious persons.

This mediocre film reunites Scott Adkins and Andy On for the first time in 18 years, after previously working together in Black Mask 2: City of Masks .
The screenplay is written very amateurishly, but fortunately the fight scenes manage to keep the film going. For fans of B-grade action films, but unfortunately not for me.
