"Defy your times"
In 1889, widow Catherine Weldon decides to leave her unsatisfactory life in New York to pursue her dream as a painter. Alone, she travels to Dakota to meet the chief of the Sioux, "Sitting Bull," with the aim of painting him. Despite his terrifying reputation, Catherine is surprised to discover that he is a more complex and intriguing man than she expected and the two bond.
