Mirliton plot

After the death of his wife, a young man shows signs of a severe mental breakdown and even schizophrenia. His imagination and the world around him are so affected by her death that every experience, every encounter and every event is marked by it. He eventually has a heart attack and collapses in a shopping street in Brussels. He is taken to the nearest hospital.
