K plot
When a German tourist is murdered in Paris by shop owner Joseph Katz, Detective Sam Bellamy is ordered to arrest him. But when Katz declares that the tourist was a Nazi who murdered his entire family during World War II, Bellamy understands and lets the perpetrator walk away. His superiors are furious about this and oblige him to arrest Katz after all. But it turns out that he has already been murdered.
