In the Blood (2014)

Mediocre film about a couple on their honeymoon whose husband goes missing after an accident. A simple plot for a simple revenge film like this. Although it doesn't really get annoying, it could easily have been a bit shorter. There could also have been a few more fight scenes (especially with a fighter like Gina Carano in the leading role).

Turistas 2: Honeymoon vacation... Also by Stockwell.

I thought it was quite a stroke of luck. The athletically built Carano (beautiful body!) searches for her missing husband on a Caribbean island. Lots of action, enough tension, but you also have to take into account the Latino stereotypes (and yes, the stereotypical figures Trejo and Guzman are present) and the dubious plot progression. Entertaining action flick that never bores you. A bad ending with Trejo who handles things just as quickly .

Watched it today, thought this film was very exciting and had a beautiful location.

Film reminded me a little bit of Turistas (Film, 2006) only ''Turistas'' is a bit more intense than ''In the blood''
A honeymoon does not go completely smoothly from the moment they accept an invitation to go ziplining, from then on the tension increases and the man falls off the rope and ends up meters down into the abyss, from then on the tension begins, he becomes urgently picked up by ambulance and taken to the hospital, but they know nothing about who or where the man is

From then on an exciting quest for the woman with the necessary (hard) kills, at times also quite exciting because you don't know who belongs to the gang and who doesn't.
Good scene in the hospital too and suspense until the end!

I was a little disappointed with the ending and would have liked something more, but you can guess how it ends.
Small role also for Danny Trejo who participated for about 5 minutes at the beginning and at the end we see him appear.

All in all very entertaining, but I expected it to be a bit more intense with more action and violence, it remained a bit well-behaved in my opinion, but certainly not bad!
