Citizen Vigilante plot

Sanders is a man who can no longer stand to watch crime and decides to take the law into his own hands. His hunt for criminals is spread on social media after which he is regarded as a hero by many citizens. Interpol also has him in its sights and agent Henry is given the task of stopping Sanders.
