Paris Bound plot

Mary Archer marries Jim Hutton with all the rituals of a church wedding. Mary believes that both marriage partners should be allowed to maintain personal contacts in perfect freedom. The wedding guests include young composer Richard Parrish, who can barely suppress his admiration for Mary, and Noel Farley, whose passion is only surpassed by the pain of losing Jim to another woman. After their baby is born, Mary refuses to accompany Jim on a business trip to Europe. Noel, who owns a villa in Antibes, manages to arrange a meeting with Jim and meanwhile Mary sees Richard for a long time.
