The Nut Job plot
"No nuts, no glory."
The story is set in the fictitious town of Oakton in the 1950s. It follows the adventures of the mischievous squirrel Surly and his rat friend Buddy. After being chased from the park and ending up in the city, they plan a robbery of a nut shop together. However, the crime spirals out of control and the duo becomes involved in a bank robbery.
