Violette plot
Violette Leduc, an illegitimate child, was born at the beginning of the last century. She met Simone de Beauvoir in the post-war years in St-Germain-des-Pres. They got into an intense relationship that would last a lifetime. Their relationship was based on a quest for freedom and both ladies would show this in the books they wrote.
