Il Prato Macchiato di Rosso plot
A group of aristocrats (a man, a woman, and the woman's brother) are literally draining people's blood. They pick up marginalized members of society - prostitutes, homeless people, hitchhikers, etc. - and take them to their secluded villa. They give their unsuspecting victims alcohol and drugs and incite them to wild orgies before they drain all their blood from their bodies through a strange machine. They pack it afterwards and sell it in wine bottles.
