"IT'S FUN TO BE BROKE- Down where life is a laugh and love is a gift."
After a long absence, Chester Tuttle returns to Tahiti. He finds out that little has changed. His large family, led by Uncle Jonas, prefers to use the money they earn from their fishing boat on cockfights rather than paying off their debts. As a result, however, they have hardly a penny to make and Uncle Jonas regularly has to borrow money from a local benefactor, Dr. blonde. However, Chester has brought an impressive fighting rooster from San Francisco and the gambling appetite is revived, with all the consequences that entails...
