Días de Gracia plot
The film is set in Mexico City over a period of more than thirty days spanning nearly a decade. Everything revolves around the 2002, 2006 and 2010 FIFA World Cups, following different individuals. Lupe Esparza, a young cop struggling to provide for his family, joins a group of mischievous cops who take the law into their own hands. The Lozano family lives a relatively good life until Mr. Lozano is kidnapped. While their teenage daughter struggles with the painful situation, his beautiful wife Susana takes charge by hiring a private detective. Maxi, a young pregnant woman who has worked for the Lozano family for a long time, remains suspicious of possible involvement in the disappearance. Meanwhile, she wonders what her younger brother Iguana does for a living.
