Harlan County War plot

In the American mines, people toil for a minimum wage under appalling conditions. After another fatal accident, we've had enough. With the help of the union, a strike is launched that will go down in history as the "Harlan county war". Simple hardworking miners face off against all-powerful mining industrialists who in turn want to deal with these "hillbillies". Everything is on the line; family, income and even their lives.
