The Dish & the Spoon plot

After her husband confesses to having an affair, Rose (Greta Gerwig) falls into a downward spiral. Determined to get revenge, she drives to a Delaware beach town to track down the other woman. Instead, she meets a stranded teenager (Olly Alexander) on the beach. The boy becomes her companion. The pair struggle through a series of small adventures that lead to an unconventional romance.
