In the 21st century, the Ikaros spaceship is sent on an important scientific mission. When it disappears into the vastness of the galaxy and all contact with the crew is broken, space sin Laika is sent into space in the hope of finding survivors. Between Mars and Jupiter, Laika detects unknown signals. The crew must find out whether the signal comes from Ikaros or whether it is an alien signal.
