Inga Lindström - Das Herz Meines Vaters plot

Based on a story by the Swedish writer Inga Lindström. Clara Jakobsen (Körner) is one of the best sport sailors in Sweden. Then it's great that Clara's father Mats Jakobsen (Lechtenbrink) is the best sailboat builder in the country. After graduating, she joins the company and prepares her marriage to boat designer Lars (Brucker). But her father has a secret. He cares about it, and makes the young doctor David Frederiksson (Weigend) his 'personal chauffeur'. Clara falls madly in love with David without knowing anything about her father's heart problems.
