Fue no Shiratama plot

Toshio is a young, old-fashioned secretary who falls in love with Shozo Narita at work. She invites him to dinner at her house, but there he falls head over heels for Toshio's sister Reiko. Selflessly, she hides her feelings and promotes a marriage between Shozo Narita and Reiko. She herself is courted by her boss Katayama, a widower with three children who don't like Toshio. Meanwhile, Reiko's hip, modern wild demeanor is putting pressure on her marriage to Narita.
