Nice slasher. Reminded me a bit of a Jeepers Creepers because of the killer's long overcoat, but maybe it's more comparable to a Jason Voorhees who just doesn't want to die. This movie also features 2 pretty handsome ladies with Jennifer Love Hewitt and Sarah Michelle Gellar. Especially in the earlier Friday the 13th films, female beauty is not avoided either. Actually it is quite a simple story with too many coincidences, but the atmosphere is fine. The acting is also quite good. I'll be watching the sequel anyway.

A film that wanted to be the superlative of Scream. However, this toe slasher didn't live up to his ambitions. It does have its moments, and the half-broken friendship of the foursome that followed after the accident was a strong factor that had to encourage all kinds of suspicions. The whodunnit is therefore not even bad, but too many predictable and poorly constructed scenes are thrown into the ring so that it never becomes a butt squeezer. In a scene in which a police officer gets out of the car to help a man in a deserted alley, the viewer understands too quickly where it is going. Still 3* because I've seen much worse in this genre.

Mediocre film about a couple of partying youths who cause a fatal accident. A meager story with a fairly slow but otherwise fine build-up. During the last part, the film becomes more of a full-blooded slasher, but it doesn't want to be exciting for a moment and the kills aren't much either.
