When a cargo plane crashes and after a while a corpse is found that has been stripped of flesh to the bone, a thorough investigation follows. The culprit turns out to be a genetically engineered, twenty-meter-long python. A secret organization wanted to create the perfect killing machine with this python. However, the escaped python has an insatiable appetite and leaves behind a trail of death and violence.
