The Tijuana Story plot
"Here's why they call Tijuana America's bargain basement of sin!"
It's 1957. The Mexican city of Tijuana is gripped by crime and corruption. A local crime syndicate takes out anyone who wants to stop it. However, the courageous journalist Manuel Acosta Mesa publishes a list of prominent, corrupt politicians. The crime syndicate is annoyed by this and Manuel is murdered. Enrique Acosta Mesa, Manuel's son, seeks revenge and mobilizes the angry local population to unite in revolt against the criminals.
