Sayonara Itsuka plot
Yutaka will marry Michiko, the daughter of the boss of the airline where he works, within three months. He doesn't love her, but realizes all too well that if he marries her, he stands a good chance of taking over her father's position one day. Yutaka meets the woman Touko in a bar and is immediately attracted to her. They begin an affair, but it comes under pressure as the wedding draws closer and Yutaka breaks off the relationship as a result. Twenty-five years later, Yutaka and Michiko are still married and have two sons. Still, Yutaka can't get Touko out of his mind and travels to the hotel where he met her. Touko now has an important position and the love between the two blossoms again, but for how long?
