"They taught him how to fight... He already knew how to kill!"
Boxer Teddy Wilcox says goodbye to his manager and moves out. He runs into a new manager and trainer named Nick. Just before Teddy's first fight, Nick is threatened: Teddy must lose, or Nick will be killed. Despite Nick trying to sabotage the fight, Teddy wins. He is angry with Nick and sends him out. When Nick is murdered later that night, Teddy is the prime suspect. He goes in search of the real killer.
