G-men vs. the Black Dragon plot
During World War II, the Japanese prince Oyama Haruchi founded the secret organization 'Black Dragon'. The goal of Black Dragon is to sabotage the American war effort and prepare for a Japanese invasion of the United States. US stationed Lugo and Ranga are two specialists who work for Black Dragon. They are mainly concerned with stealing secret plans of the Allies, smuggling spies into the US and blowing up strategic military installations. The American, British and Chinese secret services deploy their best agents to fight the Black Dragon organization, namely the sporting explosives expert Rex Bennett, the seductive Vivian March and the intrepid Chang Sing.
