"redemption"
The year is 2017, 3 years since Tomodachi and his party seized power with the FDP. A virus has broken out in Tokyo and the government is building a wall to quarantine the city. Tomodachi predicts that at 12:00 PM on August 12, the human race will be destroyed by alien forces and that the only ones who will survive are the supporters of the FDP. As the Resistance continues its fight against the FDP, Otcho learns that Kanna has split from Yoshitsune's group. Kanna plans to set up a more radical group within the resistance that is heavily armed. Meanwhile, Kenji enters Tokyo.
