Boring home invasion film with an incomplete plot. It takes a very long time for the film to get going. When something finally does happen, it is mostly boring. The flashback halfway through the film is introduced at a weird moment and makes the film worse. It seems like just a repetition of part of the film. That is how 87 minutes feel.

The characters have no connection with each other for a single moment. This is certainly strange when you know that several of them are related. They have absolutely no empathy for one another, and that is why I, as a viewer, have none for them either. They all remain very superficial.

There isn't a single suspenseful moment. It certainly doesn't deserve the name thriller. Definitely not recommended.

2*

On paper, it's quite a nice idea, but it's all presented a bit too obviously, and the time-jump segment came across as rather contrived. A director who could have steered this concept in a better direction would have made a huge difference; as it is, it feels a bit rushed.

Audiovisually decent, but not enough to really carry it. Partly due to the rather transparent nature of the film, it never really manages to become exciting either, meaning it fails to fully convince as a pure genre film.

Not quite as bad as the average suggests, but there was more potential here. 2.5*.

Really not bad, but most scenes are so annoyingly dark.

A well-known trick to cover up a lack of quality.

It definitely could have been better, but the story was perfectly watchable. *2.5
