Unmistaken Child plot

"In search of a lifetime"

The year 2001 marked the death of Lama Konchog, one of the great Tibetan masters. The Dalai Lama orders Konchog's student Tenzin Zopa to find his master's reincarnation. Zopa's mission takes him to rugged mountain regions and small villages, to places that modern times have had no grip on. By helicopter, donkey and on foot, Zopa searches for the "unmistaken child", a quest that he must successfully complete within four years. During the quest, Zopa changes from a humble servant to a spiritual leader. However, once the child is found, Zopa will have to revert to his role of servant.
